- Staffing ~ Provides all necessary services to recruit and prescreen applicants to match at least 85% of client's job description.
- One point contact ~ Provides client with a "single point" contact and a backup.
- Administer ~ Schedules all interviews, coordinates information, communicates to applicants
- Background Investigations ~ Upon request will provide verification of employment, education, professional license, criminal checks, driving record, pre-employment drug testing and security clearances.
- Orientations ~ New hire processing, policies, procedures, laws and co-employment awareness.
- Employee Records ~ Insures compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
- Insurance ~ Provides Workers' Compensation and General Liability Insurance.
- Payroll ~ Directly pays employees, offers direct deposits, makes appropriate deductions to include state and federal regulations.
- Benefits ~ Offers holiday and longevity bonus pay, medical, dental, vision, term life, short term disability .
- Employee Effectiveness and Communications ~ Provides coaching and counseling to contract employees covering Employee Relations, Team Effectiveness, Job Development issues, and any employer needed information at or off clients' site.
- Location ~ Our offices are conveniently located at the Falcon Field Airport in Mesa. 20 miles from Sky Harbor International Airport, off the Greenfield exit of Red Mountain East 202 Freeway.
