Contract Administrator (Mid to Senior Level) [Direct]
								 
Location - Mesa, AZ

JOB DUTIES:  Seeking a midlevel to senior level contracts professional. 
This individual must have demonstrated experience in managing specialized 
and complex proposals, bids and contracts, particularly those in response 
to Department of Defense requirements. 
o  Possesses the ability to interpret clauses, special provisions, 
   specifications and terms and conditions to ensure compliance to 
   applicable laws and regulations. Must possess working-to-expert knowledge 
   of contracting concepts, FARs and DFARs, Uniform Commercial Code and some 
   experience in international contracting. Knowledge and experience with 
   ITAR / EAR and other regulatory provisions a definite plus.
o  Experience with authoring and negotiating various types of contractual agreements.  
o  Prepares contract Certifications and Representations in accordance with 
   regulatory requirements and provides written and verbal instructions with 
   regard to contractual requirements.
o  Responsible for developing pricing for proposals. Gathers and analyzes 
   cost and estimating data for appropriate utilization in pricing proposals, 
   must be experienced with pricing contracts and proper rate application. 
o  Prepares contract and pricing proposals for submittal to customers in 
   accordance with individual customer requests and company and regulatory requirements.
o  Develops negotiation strategy and leads the negotiation team on cost, pricing 
   and contractual terms. 
o  Disseminates contract and budget requirements for company distribution and 
   direction. Monitors contract performance against contract requirements and 
   reports on same. 
o  Manages the contract change process and prepares contract claims. Provides 
   internal direction regarding contract changes.
o  Prepares and submits written correspondence including contract/technical 
   data transmittals to customers in accordance with contract requirements and instructions.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION - 
MUST:
o  B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent level of relevant experience. 
   Advance degree is highly desirable.
o  Minimum 7+ years relevant experience in administration of DOD contracts and subcontracts
o  Strong knowledge of FAR, DOD procurement procedures and related regulations
o  Pricing and proposal preparation experience in DOD contracts
o  Excellent analytical, negotiating, oral and written communication skills
o  Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Applications, Excel, PowerPoint
o  Must have the ability to prepare financial spreadsheets 
o  Travel as needed
o  Ability to obtain a Security Clearance and ATF approval to deal with our product

PREFERRED:
o  Experience with Deltek applications a plus

PAY RATE - $58,000 - $85,000 per year DOE

Growth Technician
								 
Location - Phoenix, AZ

JOB DUTIES:  Working in a clean room environment in full bunny suit attire interacting
closely with the Process Engineering Department. The Growth Technician is responsible 
for carrying out the manufacturing process on the Epitaxial reactors. This process is 
known as Metal Organic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (MOVPE) and consists of the deposition of 
thin layers of semiconductor material on Gallium Arsenide substrates.  The manufacturing 
process encompasses preparation and operation of all Epitaxial reactor, entering data 
into a manufacturing database, loading substrates into reactor, non-destructive Epi wafer 
characterization, and performing basic-advanced reactor trouble-shooting activities. Check 
out supplies and starting materials from the stock room for the gown room and reactor and 
maintenance work areas. Empty hazardous and non-hazardous trashcans in the reactor and 
maintenance work areas. Periodic cleaning of the reactor and maintenance work areas, loading 
recipes from disk and other tasks as requested. Will handle a range of semiconductor chemicals 
and gases. Possible shift ERT participation.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
o  2 year technical degree or equivalent 
o  Good oral and written communication 
o  Basic computer operating skills
o  Effective time management skills
o  Ability to perform basic trouble-shooting activities
o  Must be available to work over-time occasionally
o  Must wear clean room gown, mask, gloves, booties, etc. a half mask respirator, and an open 
   circuit SCBA equipment in some maintenance activities. 
o  Must be able to lift 25 pounds
o  Qualified applicants will have NO FELONIES

Any job offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, 
physical and criminal background check.  May require membership in the Emergency Response 
Team (ERT). Flexiblity is needed for training.

SHIFT:	12 hour shifts (must be flexible to work 6am to 6:30pm or 6pm to 6:30am, 3 days & every
        other Wednesday or 3 days & every other Saturday).  
		
 
POSITION STATUS:  Full-time contract assignment

PAY RATE:  	$15.50 per hour, plus 10% shift differential -  DOE

Quality Control Inspector
								 
Location - Mesa, AZ

JOB DUTIES: This position will perform in-process and final inspection of parts and assemblies
to assure visual, dimensional and eletrical compliance to specifications and/or procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

o  Perform inspections using a variety of inspection tools and fixtures (Calipers, Micrometers,
   Depth Gauges, Scales, etc.)
o  Visually inspects parts/assemblies for surface irregularities or improperly assembled or
   damaged components.
o  Performs resistance and continuity electrical inspections using a Valhalla circuit tester or 
   Megger insulation tester.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

o  High School Diploma or GED is required
o  Minimum 2 years full time inspection or related experience
o  Ability to obtain ATF approval to deal with our product
o  Solder Certification is a plus

Quality Technician
								 
Location - Mesa, AZ

JOB DUTIES: This position will perform inspection of complicated machined parts with little or no
supervision.  Must be able to solve problems in measuring and blueprint reading.  Will enter data
in the information system. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

o  Operating CMM and Optical Comparator
o  Surface plate layouts using indicators and height gage and hand gauges or tools.
o  Ability to read prints and interpret Geometric Symbols and solve true position tolerance

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

o  High School Diploma or GED is required
o  Minimum 5 years related experience

Security Officer (On-Call)
								 
Location - Mesa, AZ

JOB DUTIES: The On-Call Security Officer works varied "On Call" shifts to cover other officers' days off,
sick leave, vacation, etc.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

o  Protects against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry.
o  Conducts roving patrols in company buildings and property on foot or in company vehicle, to ensure
   doors, windows and gates are secure.
o  Provide product conditioning and cyling when necessary, and documents process.
o  Monitors oven chambers' temperatures.
o  Responds to intrusion and fire alarms.
o  Contact point for company employees needing building access and for alarm company during non-working hours.
o  Responds to emergency situations and provides access to emergency vehicles during off-hours.
o  Notifies selected emergency coordinators of emergency situations.
o  Responsible for maintaining written reports on vehicles, rounds, visitor registers and guard reports. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

o  High School Diploma or GED is required
o  Minimum 2 years previous security experience
o  Security Certificate
o  Must read and write English with legible handwriting
o  Ability to obtain ATF approval to deal with our product
o  Must have a current Arizona driver's license and good driving record
o  Must be able to exert up to 20 lbs of force

Note:  This position may work all shifts and occasionally work more than the posted number of hours when 
filling in for co-workers.  Works alone much of the time.
