CHRC's combined Management Team brings decades of senior-level experience to the table: - Over 30 years in all areas of human resources. - Over 10 years in providing consulting services tailored to reduce costs and increase efficiency. - Over 20 years in corporate strategic planning, engineering, manufacturing, design and quality. - Over 40 years in defense department operations, including international marketing.

Patricia has been with CHRC since 1997. She handles the payroll, accounting and office management functions for CHRC. She has 10 years Human Resource Generalist background with a major automobile importer and 16 years Payroll experience within the manufacturing and contract labor industries.

 Kate Bunger, a graduate of Spalding University in Louisville, KY majored in Sociology and History, and taught for several years before entering the temporary help field as a summer employee, hired to recruit. She enjoyed the staffing business so much that she made a career change, and rapidly was promoted to management. In recent years, she has found she loves the challenge of sales and business development, and working with the CHRC team to better serve its clients.

Linda has been with CHRC since 2004. She graduated from Lamson College in Business Administration. As the Administrator for CHRC, Linda works at keeping job postings up to date, aiding with recruitment efforts, and performs new hire paperwork and orientation functions. She enjoys assisting new applicants, reviewing resumes, and placing them into CHRC database for future review. Becoming an Administrative Assistant has been both rewarding and challenging for her.
